Maintenance

It is recommended that maintenance be performed on the heating system and that it be inspected by an authorised Webasto dealer at regular intervals, at least 2 years.

All repair or maintenance work must always be carried out by your authorised Webasto dealer, who will also be happy to advise you about the scope of any maintenance work required.

 WARNING

Repair and maintenance work on the heater requires specialist knowledge and special tools. Incorrect adjustment or maintenance can cause damage to the heater or accidents which will result in serious damage.

• In order to ensure that the heater is ready for operation at all times, it is recommended that the heater is switched on once a month and let it run for at least 20 minutes, even in times of infrequent use (summer).
• The heater must be switched off prior to cleaning.
• The heater may NOT be cleaned with high-pressure cleaners or compressed air.
